Applications
Industrial use
Basic dyes are very important in the textile industry. Basic dyes can be used to dye many different fibers, including natural fibers such as wool, silk and cotton.
Medical use
Basic dyes are also medically important because they are able to bind to and stain different parts of human cells so they can be distinguished by microscopy.
Custom Process
Samples
When doing a bulk order, we always do a first sample of each color to make sure we get color approval before doing the rest of the bulk.
Fallout
There may be some damages that occur during the dye process. Typical fallout from dyeing is approximately 5% of the entire order. We will refund any damages or shortages outside of the 5% tile. We can also re-dye the damages/shortages as long as we have the units available.
Freight
Shipping will be charged after the order has been completely fulfilled in which we will send a separate pay link for and reconfirm the shipping address as well.
Follow Up
Buyer will be notified once the goods have been counted, QC’d (quality controlled), and ready to ship.
Inner packaging:
1kg, 3kg, 5kg, 25kg with sealed and waterproof plastic bags.And also according to your need, customize bags and label.
Outer packaging:
12-15kg and 25kg plastic drum and fiber drum with carton.
