This dye features ultra-high color strength and superior build-up properties. Compared with conventional sulphur red dyes, it reduces dye consumption by approximately 20% to achieve the same shade depth, effectively lowering processing costs. It offers excellent color fastness, achieving a wash/soaping fastness rating of 4–5 and a rubbing fastness rating of 3–4. Fabrics dyed with Sulphur Red LGF withstand frequent laundering and daily wear without premature fading or color bleeding.

Its free sulfur content is maintained below 0.3%, and the COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) value of the resulting dyeing effluent is 35% lower than that of traditional products. Application Scope

Sulphur Red LGF is widely applicable for both exhaust dyeing and continuous pad dyeing of cotton fabrics, yarns, canvas, denim, and other cellulosic textile materials. It is particularly suited for high-volume production of workwear fabrics, home textiles, everyday apparel, and industrial fabrics that demand high wet fastness and shade consistency. Packaging & Storage

Standard packaging consists of 25 kg heavy-duty cartons featuring secure, moisture-proof sealing to prevent leaks and dampness. The product should be stored in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight and humidity to ensure long shelf life and consistent product quality.
