The Core Characteristics Of Sulfurized Black
Leave a message
The light resistance, wash resistance, and friction resistance performance are outstanding. It is particularly suitable for dyeing cellulose fibers such as cotton and linen. The dyed fabric has a rich color and is not prone to fading. It is the preferred choice of low-cost and high-performance black dyes in the textile printing and dyeing field.
It has good heat resistance (able to withstand 120-150℃ high-temperature treatment) and acid-base stability (compatible with dyeing systems with pH values ranging from 4 to 10). It is not prone to react with common chemicals and can be compatible with various printing and dyeing processes (such as calendering and immersion dyeing).
A deep black effect can be achieved with a unit dosage, and the dyeing concentration is easy to control. It can meet the requirements of pure black fabrics and can also be mixed with other dyes to produce different shades of gray, reducing the raw material cost for printing and dyeing enterprises.
The product forms include powder, granules, and liquid. The powder is convenient for storage and transportation, and the liquid can be directly added. It is compatible with the production equipment of different-sized enterprises; in addition to textiles, it can also be used for rubber and plastic coloring, improving the aging resistance and appearance consistency of the products.
The traditional sulfurized black contains free sulfur, which is prone to cause pollution and the fabric after dyeing is prone to cracking and damage; the new environmentally friendly sulfurized black is optimized through desulfurization technology, reducing the content of free sulfur and simultaneously improving the retention rate of fabric strength, meeting the requirements of national environmental protection printing and dyeing standards and adapting to the green production trend.
