Sulphur Black BR ​​uses a high-purity sulfurization condensation process to form a cross-linked and dense crystal structure in the fiber. The finished product can withstand more than 50 washes and has a color fastness of more than level 4, which can meet the requirements of repeated washing scenarios such as work clothes and denim.

Sulphur Black BR ​​uses highly active black matrix raw materials. By precisely controlling the sulfurization reaction temperature (150±5°C) and pH value (9.5–10), it presents a standard neutral color. The blackness value (K/S) is as high as 18.5, which is 12% higher than ordinary sulfur black, and the dyeing is deeper and purer.

After dyeing, a stable insoluble black body is formed on the surface. After use in wet water environments such as tablecloths and military training uniforms, the color does not fade or turn gray. The water permeability is better than that of active dyes. The color difference after water immersion is controlled within the range of ΔE ≤ 0.5.

This dye is suitable for conventional fibers such as pure cotton, viscose, polyester-cotton blends, etc. It is stable in various dyeing equipment such as pad dyeing, dip dyeing, and spray dyeing, and the shrinkage is controlled within ±2%.
