Solvent-based Green Dyes - An Environmentally Friendly Coloring Solution
Leave a message
With the increasing requirements for environmental protection and safety in the solvent fuel industry, solvent green dyes (mostly anthraquinone-based) have become the preferred choice due to their non-toxic, odorless and environmentally friendly properties. Refined from environmentally friendly raw materials, they contain no heavy metals or harmful impurities, meet the needs of multi-scenario solvent fuels, and balance coloring effect with ecological safety.
The core advantages of this dye are compatibility and stability: it has good compatibility with various solvent fuels such as alcohols, hydrocarbons and esters, with uniform coloring and no precipitation, which can distinguish fuel uses and improve identification; it has strong chemical stability, with acid and alkali resistance up to grade 4, excellent water resistance and good heat resistance, maintaining stable color without fading under normal storage and use temperatures.
When using, first dilute the dye with a small amount of corresponding solvent, then add it to the fuel and stir fully, and control the dosage; when storing, seal and place in a cool and dry place, away from fire, heat sources and strong oxidants, with a shelf life of 24 months. If caking or discoloration occurs, stop using it. In addition, it can also be applied to plastics, coatings, inks and other industries with strong adaptability.
