Description
Liquid Indigo Blue is a liquid dye with indigo as the main ingredient. It is a liquid preparation made by converting water-insoluble indigo into a reduced form that is soluble in water through a reduction reaction. This form can be converted back into insoluble indigo through oxidation to achieve dyeing or coloring functions.

High-concentration liquid form
Liquid Indigo Blue is an industrial-grade high-concentration liquid dye with a product concentration of 100% strength. It does not require additional slurry dilution, which reduces equipment blockage and health hazards caused by poor dispersion or dust flying. It can be directly fed and used.
High stability
Liquid Indigo Blue has good alkaline tolerance and is suitable for the reducing dyeing liquid environment in the conventional indigo dyeing process. Its molecules are structurally stable under alkaline conditions and are not prone to decomposition or side reactions. The dyeing pH adaptability range is wide (generally 11-13), and it is suitable for mainstream reducing systems such as glucose or insurance powder.
Excellent color fastness
As a Vat Blue 1 type dye, Liquid Indigo Blue has a light fastness of more than level 6 after dyeing, and its washing fastness and dry and wet friction fastness meet the export textile standards. This performance is due to the indigo dye forming an insoluble physical binding structure inside the fiber, which makes the pigment not easy to fall off with water or friction.
