Sulphur Red LGF (Sulphur Red LGF) is a high-performance sulphur dye specially designed for cellulose fibers (cotton, linen, viscose), presenting a bright blue-red tone. This dye features the following core characteristics: 1) Ultra-high color strength, with a 20% reduction in dosage compared to conventional sulfur red, and excellent dyeing lifting power; 2) Excellent color fastness (4-5 grades for soaping and 3-4 grades for rubbing), especially suitable for workwear and home textile products that require frequent washing; 3) Environmental protection process, free sulfur content ≤0.3%, wastewater COD value is 35% lower than that of traditional process; 4) Excellent process adaptability, compatible with immersion dyeing, pad dyeing and cold rolling pile processes, with outstanding batch stability (ΔE<1.0). It has passed the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and REACH certifications, and is widely used in the fields of denim, decorative fabrics and industrial textiles. Supphur red 14 Properties

red. Soluble in cold water, soluble in hot water for bright red, in boiling water can decompose, soluble in ethanol for yellow. The strong sulfuric acid in colorless, diluted into light yellow. Add hydrochloric acid in aqueous solution into deep yellow, heated to a boiling is colorless; Sodium hydroxide solution to generate white precipitation. Used for silk, acrylic, tannin mordant dyeing cotton dyeing, also can be used for leather, paper, hemp and glue directly printing and dyeing, the discharge printing.

A: The chlorine bleaching fastness reaches grade 3-4 (effective chlorine 5g/L), suitable for dyeing medical textiles, but it needs to be used in combination with a dedicated fixing agent (formula can be provided). It has passed the ISO 10993-10 skin irritation test.
