Sulphur Black BR (Sulfur Black BR) is a high-performance sulfur dye specially designed for cellulose fibers (cotton, linen, viscose), presenting a rich blu-black color. This dye features the following core characteristics: 1) Ultra-high dye uptake rate (≥95%), significantly reducing the color intensity of wastewater; 2) Excellent color fastness (4-5 grades for soaping and 3-4 grades for rubbing), especially suitable for products with high wash resistance requirements such as workwear and denim; 3) Environmental protection optimization process, free sulfur content ≤0.4%, 30% less sodium sulfide usage than traditional black sulfide. 4) Excellent process adaptability, compatible with immersion dyeing, pad dyeing and cold rolling pile processes, with outstanding batch stability (ΔE<1.2). It has passed the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and REACH certifications, and is widely used in dyeing thick black fabrics. It is especially suitable for end products that require high blackness, such as high-end denim and uniform fabrics.
